You guys are awesome! Dave and DJ are two of the nicest people you could ever meet. And I can always count on being treated with the utmost respect and getting the best information about what my needs are and what needs to be done first. Having a limited income this is very important to me. It's nice to know you have really knowledgeable people who you can count on.

I am always satisfied with service from Frank's. Courteous, friendly, and reliable. I wish they had a good detail service available! Maybe in the future? I also would appreciate an occasional service discount for returning customers.

Frank's does it again! After getting screwed over by the dealership multiple times, I took my truck back to Frank's to fix the dealership's mess. Initial diagnosis pointed to a $2100 issue but it needed to be addressed, so I prepared to cough up. However, Dave called me back a few hours later and explained that it wasn't what they initially thought it was; and by the time I picked up my vehicle, only paid a quarter of what I was initially prepared to. Honesty goes a long way in my book and I trust these guys to the moon and back. How many "stealerships" can claim that kind of trust? Thanks again guys for not only an outstanding job but for being honest. True professionals! Best in the business! See you in the future for that supercharger install ;)

DJ and Frank made time at the last minute to check a noisy front end. They found loose nuts from a recent alignment done elsewhere. Grateful for their timely help in getting the alignment re-done properly.
