Frank's did a great job with my old Prius. I didn't realize how sluggish it had gotten, and I had developed a bit of a lead foot. When I got it back, I had to lighten up on the gas pedal so as not to speed. I don't know why my previous mechanic didn't tell me, with oil changes, what was clogging up, wearing out, running low. It runs like a top now. I'm very happy

I really like how easy it is to go online and get an appointment. The assessment you did of the condition of our older car was so helpful to make decision about what service to have done. I really was grateful for the text when the car was ready! Great service! Fair price and super communication.

First time visit. Professional staff and very courteous. Provided local transportation to/from my residence. Work done efficiently and they fully checked out the vehicle before commencing work. Recommendations provided freely, with no pressure to proceed. Full explanations of the work to be done and the work that is recommended. Pricing better than going to the dealer, of course.

Thank you Franks. Drew handled my scheduled drop off and pickup with no stress. Explained my options, and didnt judge me when I elected to do maintenance work needed, but wait on the suspension work for another few months. They follow up, offered a ride home after drop off. Been using them for several cars over many years, I started with Mr. Frank senior John Cole

The service was great and they accommodated my request to pick up the car earlier. The service advisor took me home and picked me up which was great. I had brake fluid replacement, tire rotation, and an oil change. The only thing I would have liked was a review of the findings such as tire pressure check results, brake pad life remaining, etc.
