Frank's provided great service They listened to my preferences, accurately diagnosed the problem, made repair recommendations appropriate for my somewhat old car, and made the repairs I wanted on time and at a reasonable price. They are reasonably close to Walnut Creek BART (20 minute walk which I am happy to do since I am comfortable getting some exercise), but would offer to provide transportation to/from BART within their office hours. (My repairs were key lock switch that was shorting out the battery, oil & filter change, and engine belt replacement.)
