My car was towed and received good service, even without an appointment. It was test driven several times to make sure that the problem was totally taken care of. When a part needed to be ordered from L.A., I was told when the service would then be completed and provided a loaner car for several days.
Very professional office staff, car was ready on time and work done. I am confused by the diagnosis for cv boots as they were done about a year ago. Did the last place not really do them? Did Franks misdiagnose? I don't know, the car is old. I am tired of putting money into it. I just wanted it to get me to my next move.
