I haven't been with Frank's Auto very long--about two years now, but I've found them to be very courteous and friendly guys so far. They have a consistently positive reputation among the 9000+ residents of Rossmoor, the retirement community in Walnut Creek where I live. For me, they satisfy a most important requirement in mechanics: They LISTEN.

Frank's helped "resurrect" my 1991 Miata in to the road warrior it is today. Excellent work at a reasonable price.

I found this shop by mistake when I did not know they were there . It seemed to me that it would be a great place to leave my car to have it worked on. I went to see them and they were happy to meet me and gave me a welcome gift envelope. It was full of goodies for my car. I went there with my car and they were very through and let me know the good and bad about my auto. I was delighted and they were HONEST and trusty as can be. I was glad when they were done with my car since it ran better and I get the best gas mileage I could for my car. I have been here now for 5 years and may never go to another auto repair shop with out going to FRANK"S first! They do give honest suggestions and advice for me with my auto. I would not be without them. They have a clean shop and very organized for you to see you auto when On the rack which is a real plus when it comes to my car! Go to Franks and YOU will not be disappointed NOT one bit! louise

I discovered Frank's when my service agreement ran out with the dealership on my hybrid. Frank's rates were excellent, the car was ready when they said, the shuttle service was convenient, and the staff were friendly and professional.

Frank's Auto Service is place where they provide excellent service for my car. I have an 10 years old car so it is important for me that it runs reliably. I'm very happy with them. Great service and quality!

Frank's service is excellent. Not only do they take care with current maintenance, but they provide a list of maintenance checked, but things that may need attention in the future.

Dropping the car off in the morning before work, I was early (7am) and was anticipating having to fill out the form and leave my keys. The guys were also getting a jump on the day, and brought me into the shop to take care of my service request. GREAT start.They did a complete check of a older F150 I'd purchased over the weekend. It has over 220k miles on it, and I was expecting a laundry list of issues. There were some, but the guys took their time, went through it in detail and then gave me a very clear priority list of what needed to be done. The truck was actually in pretty good shape, and needed a new gasket, brakes, and a valve cleaned.They didn't charge me for the assessment, and even topped off the transmission fluid so that I could use the truck over the weekend before bringing it back in on Monday for the work to be done.Monday afternoon, they called to let me know that when doing the brake work, they discovered that they could fix another minor issue, but that it would involve a little more shop time. (no parts needed). I agreed, and picked up my truck the next day.Great service, great communication... I feel very lucky to have discovered a shop that operates like this.
