I've owned my car since 2008 and I trust Frank's to keep it going for many more years. It's easy to schedule appointments online. They make it easy to drop off and pickup after hours. Once my car was checked out I received a detailed report, including photos, for recommended repairs. The list is organized by urgency. I'm kept updated by text and costs are reasonable. I highly recommend them.

My daughter drove up fron L.A. and her vehicle overheated during the drive. Franks took the car without an appointment, did a complete diagnostic to determine the problems, completed some minor service for the return trip the next day and recommended specific Honda warranty service follow up . Emergency service in one day was appreciated. The most important aspect of their service is their honesty. They do not recommend unnecessary services , unlike dealers, and charge a resonable rate. I am grateful to have them in the neighborhood.
