I have always felt well cared for at Franks. The only thing not thrilled with is having to make my appointments on line. I like to ask question and explain my needs, I also need rides, yes it is easier for you but not me your customer. Yes I am old and appreciate the one on one service you used to have.. Great Personalized service. Very convenient location. Wonderful personnel. Have a 1988 Honda Accord and they can usually find the parts.
