Got a referral to Frank’s from a neighbor that has a similar car to mine - same age and make of vehicle. Shared the video and work proposal I had received from the dealer and received a much lower quote (less than 50%) and very clear explanation of the exact work that needed to be done, from Frank’s. The work was done in 1.5 days as promised, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Franks is my new go-to mechanic for all our family’s cars!

Been looking for a new place to service my 2007 Ford Ranger. My old place became unreliable after 30+ years. I chose them because they are family owned and been around 66 years. I've been going to Franks now for several years with several vehicles. Prior to working with Franks I had some, let's just say, "no so good experiences" with Auto shops. Since I started working with Frank's, I really do feel more comfortable, not only with what they are telling me my car needs, but the work it's self is excellent. Trust is hard to earn, but they have earned my trust. And that's a big deal to me.
