Happy to say I've been going to Franks Auto Service for years. They were recommended by a friend who stated "you can trust them." Not knowing much about the upkeep and maintenance of my now older model auto, I decided to give them a try. I've been very satisfied ever since. They are the most reliable group of service professionals I've ever had the good fortune to be referred to. Honest and straight forward options are presented to the customer and explained with all my questions answered. I have never felt rushed. I've never had any of their repairs fail me. I'm confident when I pick up my auto and drive away .

I was able to bring my car in for a brake inspection on really short notice. Trent was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. He was very upfront about the inspection process and results. They were able to do all of the required repairs the same day. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

This Time I Came Over At 4 PM For A Used Car Inspection Knowing That They Close At 5, And As Usual Trent Was Awesome And Was Ok Taking Care Of The Inspection For Me.
