I've had great experience at Frank's both times I've brought my car in. Everyone I've interacted with over the phone or in person has been very knowledgeable, pleasant, and able to clearly explain what's happening with the car and when they'd be able to get it done. They're also careful not to recommend or push repairs that aren't totally necessary.

The trouble is my only experience was to deliver the car, pick it up and pay for it. All of this went fine. I have no reason to believe the work wasn't performed as detailed in the statement so I will assume it was. Somehow these surveys need to reflect this uncertainty although I don't know how you would do it.
