I used to take my car all the way to South San Francisco because I had found a reputable and reliable service center, which I trusted, there. However, after their prices kept increasing, I figured it was time to find something local. I scoured the review websites and came across Frank's Auto, which had high marks. They weren't wrong. Everyone I've interacted with at Frank's, thus far, have been courteous, respectful, and very helpful. I feel that they have very fair pricing, and more importantly, fair policies and practices. I have never felt like they have tried to do anything that wasn't absolutely necessary, and they've made suggestions that saved me money. Their work has been outstanding, and their turn-around time is quick, allowing me to get back on the road as soon as possible.

Great job and good service. Even gave me a ride home. Thank you for saving me about $800. Ford wanted to change both my oil pan gaskets and valve cover gaskets. They wanted $1200 for that and did not even include fixing/replacing the censor that was causing my Engine light to come on. Who knows how much that would have been through them. I think you have a new customer.
