OUTSTANDING.......REGISTERED ME IMMEDIATELY AND WAS READY TO GO.....ALSO NOTED I NEEDED THREE NEW TIRES IN THE FALL WHICH WAS APPRECIATED.

Frank's took care of my car's problem and got it back in good running order after my car became overheated on a very hot day. A part had to be ordered and it was purchased right away and installed as soon as it was received. I was very happy that the problem was corrected as soon as possible. Unfortunately, all this happened at the beginning of the weekend and I had to rent a car but it all worked out. Frank's was very accommodating in referring me to a car rental agency.

Being a mechanic, there is nothing worse than your car breaking down on vacation. I had no tools and no options, so I took my vehicle to Franks on the advice of my Uncle. The work was professional, clean and thorough. Well, three months later, the major part replaced failed. This was not due to the work performed, just a fluke. So I phoned Franks and explained my situation. Not only did they reimburse me for the part in full, they did it cheerfully and without haste. I have NEVER been treated more honestly or fairly. I feel confident if you are a mechanic on vacation, or don't know the difference between a wheel and a tire, they will treat you the same. I can't say enough about this business and their mechanics. Thank you Franks Auto Service, we appreciate you !!!
